• Potassium Chloride from NOW is sodium - free potassium supplement that can be used as a table salt substitute. Potassium is a mineral and is the principal positive ion in cells. It is used by your body to support muscle contraction, normal kidney function, nerve conduction and cellular nutrient transfer, among other functions.

Suggested use

• Take 1/8 teaspoon with food. Take with at least 8 oz. of water or another beverage. Can be taken 1 to 3 times daily in separate servings. Do not exceed 3 servings per day.

Other ingredients

• <1% magnesium carbonate (as flow agent). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.  Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Packaged and quality tested in the USA.
